Tokenized stocksxStocks Points Link
Use the official ReferralLinks link below to open the xStocks DeFi portal. xStocks are tokenized stocks, backed 1:1 by the underlying share and rebased for dividends and splits. One thing up front: xStocks does not publish the points programme's reward terms, so this page covers the product rather than inventing a rate.

An xStock is a tokenized stock: a blockchain token that represents the economic value of a specific share or ETF, held 1:1 in segregated custody by a regulated institution. Tokens are issued natively on Ethereum, Solana, Arbitrum, Mantle, TON, Ink and other EVM networks, settle in seconds, can be held in self-custody, are fractional, and can be used as collateral or in liquidity pools. They are tracker certificates, so you get price exposure but not shareholder rights such as voting.
What the points link does, and does not, say
The link goes to the points page on the xStocks DeFi portal, and the code NXDU7L1Z is the referral identifier for it. What the programme pays is not described anywhere in the xStocks product documentation: there is no published reward rate, threshold or payout schedule we could verify. That is why the card on our codes page says TBA rather than a percentage.
Two different things to keep apart
- The product is documented in detail: 1:1 collateral, segregated custody, a bankruptcy-remote SPV, proof of reserves, audited contracts and rebasing for corporate actions.
- The points programme is not. Points are not a fee discount, their conversion terms are set by the operator, and they can change or be worth nothing.
- The ref parameter is an identifier in a URL, so verify it character by character rather than trusting a link from a DM.
Dividends and splits arrive by rebasing
Corporate actions do not arrive as separate payments. Dividends are reinvested into additional units net of applicable taxes, splits multiply your balance and reverse splits divide it, with no action needed from you. On EVM chains the token contract adjusts balances automatically. On Solana the raw balance stays constant and a multiplier is applied for display through Scaled UI, so a block explorer and your wallet can show different numbers until the multiplier is applied.
Two markets, two sets of rules
Direct issuance and redemption run through the issuer with KYC/AML onboarding, a $5,000 minimum and 24/5 hours tied to US equity trading. Everything else is the secondary market, where tokens trade freely on supported venues, potentially 24/7, without issuer involvement. Price there comes from supply and demand on that venue, and the issuer does not control it, so a thin pool can sit at a premium or discount to the underlying share, especially at weekends.
What you get with the link
1:1 backed exposure
Each token is collateralized by the underlying share or ETF, held in segregated custody with proof of reserves published.
Trade around the clock
Secondary markets can trade 24/7, while primary issuance and redemption follow US market hours.
Self-custody and multi-chain
Hold in your own wallet, bridge between supported networks, and use the tokens in DeFi.
Automatic corporate actions
Dividends and splits are reflected through rebasing, with nothing to claim and nothing to sign.
Before you buy
xStocks are not intended for US persons or prohibited jurisdictions. Check assets.backed.fi/legal-documentation before you connect a wallet.
Compare the venue price against the underlying share, especially when the equity market is closed and the token is still trading.
Using an xStock as loan collateral can mean liquidation while the underlying market is shut, against thin liquidity. Being 1:1 backed does not guarantee a good sale price.
Risk warning: xStocks are not available to US persons or in prohibited jurisdictions, and this page is information rather than investment advice. Tokenized stocks carry issuer, custody, smart-contract, bridge and liquidity risk, and secondary prices can diverge from the underlying share. The points programme's terms are not published, so do not assume a reward. Verify the domain and the ref parameter before connecting a wallet.

Frequently asked questions
What is the xStocks referral code?
The ReferralLinks code is NXDU7L1Z, built into the link at https://defi.xstocks.fi/points?ref=NXDU7L1Z. It points at the points page of the xStocks DeFi portal.
What do I earn from the xStocks points link?
The product documentation does not publish the points programme reward rate, threshold or payout schedule. Treat the link as an identifier and read the points page for the current terms.
What do I own when I hold an xStock?
A tracker certificate that gives economic exposure to one underlying stock or ETF, collateralized 1:1 and held on a public blockchain. It does not carry shareholder rights such as voting.
How are dividends and stock splits handled?
Through onchain rebasing. Dividends are reinvested into additional units net of taxes, and splits adjust balances proportionally. On EVM chains the contract updates balances; on Solana a multiplier is applied for display.
Are xStocks available in the United States?
No. xStocks are not intended for distribution in the United States, to any US person, or in any other prohibited jurisdiction. The issuer lists restricted countries at assets.backed.fi/legal-documentation.
