How the Polymarket referral program works
1. Share your link

2. Referrals trade
To qualify as a referrer, your own account needs at least $10,000 in lifetime trading volume. You can share links before that, but earning starts once you cross it.
3. Earn on net fees
You earn 10% of the net trading fees your direct referrals generate, and 5% from their referrals too, paid daily at midnight UTC in pUSD.
What the rewards pay
10% from direct referrals
Earn 10% of the net fees generated by people you personally refer, for their first 30 days after sign-up or until they reach the Platinum tier, whichever comes first.
5% from indirect referrals
If Alice signs up through your link and Bob signs up through Alice's, you still earn 5% of the net fees Bob generates. Rewards stack two levels deep.
Paid daily in pUSD
Rewards are paid out once a day at midnight UTC in pUSD, Polymarket's dollar-pegged balance. No minimum threshold to wait for.
Scales with activity
The more your referrals trade, the more you earn. Not every market has fees, so volume on fee-free markets does not generate rewards.
The fine print, in plain words
Net fees, not gross: you earn on what Polymarket keeps after the referred user's own tier rebate is deducted.
Eligibility gate: you need $10,000 in lifetime trading volume on your own account before referral earnings begin.
30-day window: a new user must sign up within 30 days of clicking your link to count as your referral.
Reward window: earnings from a referral run for their first 30 days, or until they hit the Platinum tier (applying through every tier up to and including Gold).
Fair play enforced: Polymarket can disqualify referrals and claw back rewards for self-referrals, linked accounts or inauthentic trading.
